Next Release is Out! ProcessMate 5 introduces fine-grained security and other features.

Blog: ProcessMate

The ProcessMate Release 5 is out! We introduced a number of key features, and of course, multiple minor improvements and fixes. Please see below:

Process data security

Some of the process information can be configured to be accessible/editable by managing users only. This helps conceal sensitive information such as quotes, from the rest of the users..

Auto and manual CSV exports

ProcessMate will allow you to export your process data into CSV, and can do this automatically for you daily. This assures there is no lock in for your data. You can have your data every day.

More email notifications

ProcessMate extends the range of events whereby email notifications will be sent to users. Currently you may (optionally) receive notifications of new processes, changes of data, milestone start/competion, process start completion, raised problem, etc.

“Chained processes”

Now a process can spawn another process and automatically copy the data from parent to child process. Useful for generating a subsequent/related processes, such as a project delivery project after a quotation project.

Skipping milestones (process stages) if they are not required in particular processes

Managing process categories

Now users are free to create, delete, modify process categories.

Multiple minor improvements

improved daily email reports, multiple controls for filtering process list, fixed gantt chart and a number of others.
