New training course: Successful Social Collaboration
|
If you’re exploring the potential of social collaboration technologies, there are clear potential benefits: not least, improved employee engagement and enabling leaders to connect more effectively with employees, wherever they are.
However there are many practical factors to consider if you’re serious – this is about culture and training as well as technology.
On 28th February 2017 in Central London, we’re running a one-day training workshop in partnership with the IoIC that’s designed to get you set for success.
The workshop will be led by our Principal Analyst Angela Ashenden, who has many years’ experience in this field.
Angela’s workshop is based on exploration of a set of in-depth, real-world social collaboration implementation case studies. By attending, you’ll discover:
- How to build your business case for social collaboration.
- How to plan for a successful launch.
- How to drive (and maintain) adoption across the business.
- How to measure your success.
If you’re an IoIC member a ticket will cost £365 + VAT; otherwise the price is £475 + VAT. You can find out more about the course, and sign up, via the IoIC website here.
We look forward to seeing you or a colleague soon for what promises to be a fantastic learning opportunity.
