Most public cloud providers’ on-premises offerings have a small subset of services and cannot migrate all workloads as-is. Products from legacy hardware vendors are not public cloud extensions because they neither own nor operate a public cloud. Oracle Dedicated Region Cloud@Customer meet customer needs better than offerings from AWS, Microsoft, HPE and Dell, at bringing public cloud services into data centers.
