Forrester surveyed nearly 600 global decision makers on their top cloud strategy objectives and found that 27 percent are looking to migrate their existing workloads into a private cloud and 24 percent seek to build net-new applications in cloud environments.*
A common approach when starting out with cloud is running cloud-native apps in public, private, or hybrid cloud environments. This takes an API-first approach and runs applications on the platform as a service or containers as a service (PaaS/CaaS) of your choice.
