Can someone shed light on this error from the ARISClougAgent log file when I try to run “startall” from the ARIS 10 Controller?

ACC+ localhost>startall
The runnable zoo_m is started.
Starting elastic_m.
Could not start all runnables on  node localhost.
Unexpected error: Ant start exited with 1
