• Enhanced Administration: Navigate with ease and adapt ARIS to your needs, thanks to our revamped, intuitive administration and WYSIWYG options that prioritize your experience.
• Simplified Licensing. We’ve heard your feedback and are making changes. Our public cloud service now operates without the need for user license bundles, ensuring a more user-friendly and accessible experience.
• Standard Governance: Our public cloud offering has been upgraded to include configurable standard workflows. Of course, the workflows are seamlessly integrated with our design capabilities.
• One Suite: Accelerate your journey into Process Mining with ARIS Enterprise’s integrated capabilities. When deployed in a public cloud, ARIS Enterprise is always equipped with the essential Process Mining Basic features, offering a seamless experience right from the start.

Enhanced Administration: 

We’ve revamped our UI, offering administrators a more streamlined and intuitive experience. The new design simplifies key functions such as user and group management. Now, inviting users and adjusting their licenses or privileges is more efficient than ever.

Standard Governance:

We have introduced new standard model approval workflow. Now you can tailor the governance of your content to meet your specific requirements. Choose to seamlessly publish your content instantly, implement an agile publication process with individual approvals, or opt for structured release-based publishing. Additionally, if you prefer to establish staging strategies, you have the freedom to select the specific publication database for your content. 

As a Designer, you can now initiate the publishing process and access detailed information about the current publication status. Based on the chosen governance and the publication status, you can efficiently publish, request necessary approvals, or unpublish a model.

One Suite: 

We are thrilled to announce the first seamlessly integrated suite of our cutting-edge cloud products hosted in a public cloud. For our users this means that they can now rely on top-notch process mining capabilities which are also available in ARIS Process Mining Basic, without requiring further licenses. This new suite approach empowers you to dive right into your first process mining projects, paving the way for unparalleled process excellence in your operations. However, the excitement doesn’t end there. Users now automatically gain access to advanced features such as the ARIS Process Mining overlay. This powerful capability allows for the direct publication of insights derived from ARIS Process Mining into the Portal. Users can then interactively engage with these insights, which are seamlessly integrated over the familiar Diagram view, enriching the overall experience with enhanced interactivity and depth.

Once you require more sophisticated capabilities you can easily extend the integrated process mining capabilities to Process Mining Enterprise. Again, no further user licenses required. ARIS Process Mining Enterprise will then grant your users access to the latest and greatest enterprise capabilities, including living processes, transformations, and insights to action.
