How we do Discovery Workshops for RPA and Robotics

At BP3, we love Design Sprints for exploring and prototyping a solution space. But sometimes we know we’re implementing RPA for a client, and what we really need to do is just dig into a focused discovery session right away.
Here’s a quick video to describe how we jump in on that, including basics like walking us through (via a screen share) the problem we’re automating, walking through the software capabilities and personnel capabilities we’re working with, and assessing the applicability of RPA to the problem at hand:
