One question we are often asked by our clients is how do they incorporate change management into an agile project management methodology. An issue that is increasingly important as organizations increasingly adopt agile working against a backdrop of rapid change and disruption.
As a reminder of why change management during IT projects is crucial: one of the key areas where we have seen IT development projects fail is in the implementation phase. Using a change management approach with IT/software projects helps organizations achieve successful implementation and achievement of the expected project benefits (or often more than expected).
