If you saw the opening race in Bahrain and the second race in Italy, you watched Lewis Hamilton’s skillful driving take on numerous challenges. If you didn’t catch the races, here’s a quick re-cap:

At Bahrain’s season opener, limited car testing meant Hamilton lacked the typical time and experience driving the new flooring adjustments. This damaged his front wing and caused him to fall back to eighth place by L34. After a crash between Russell and Bottas, the race was reset, and Hamilton was able to claw his way back to the podium, finishing in second place after securing the fastest lap on L60.
