Corriel Life Sciences is using business processes to help make sense of healthcare data.

“We’ve created algorithms that can take raw genetic information from a patient and turn that into actionable physician advice,” shares Scott Megill, CEO of Coriell Life Sciences, in a recent interview with theCUBE.

While at IBM Edge, Megill, along with Steven Kradel, director of product development at Coriell, sat down with Stu Miniman to talk about personalized healthcare, scalable platform as a service (PaaS) and the meaningful use of genetic information. They shared how their organization is using IBM Business Process Manager on the cloud, along with the power of IBM Watson technology, to create a new user interface and pull data to help physicians create more personalized treatment options for their patients.
