I congratulate you; This morning’s session at the Col·legi d’Advocats in Barcelona was very interesting. At the Foundation, we have been implementing compliance for some time now, and I see that many issues discussed by the speakers have been addressed. However, I feel that many aspects remain to be managed, starting with the perspective that it should be approached as a process redesign, training everyone in the organization, and changing people’s perception of how to manage information.
