DocuPhase is in need of a Director of Human Resources to help grow our company staff and culture.  You will help drive innovation and company vision by finding and recruiting top talent to support our company’s growth while guiding the development of a top performance and fun culture.

You will have the skills necessary to proactively identify and recruit top talent for all positions ranging from sales and support to very technical software developers and management level employees. You will assist management with maintaining a diligent employee review and rewards process while ensuring we create a fun and exciting work environment.
