Blog: NASSCOM Official Blog

Welcome to this exclusive survey on Digital Payments Adoption by Individuals, being hosted by NASSCOM, India. The survey is designed for Indian citizens living in India.

With this survey, we want to find out how do you use digital payments and what concerns or feedback you may have regarding the digital payment systems in India. Digital payment methods currently available in India include all UPI based payments, Digital wallets such as Paytm, PhonePe, etc., debit cards, credit cards, Aadhaar-based payments, electronic fund transfers such as IMPS, NEFT, etc., USSD for feature phones, among others.
Your inputs to this survey are very important and will be used to build India’s first Digital Payments Adoption Index (a type of overall score) in 2020. It will help define the future of digital payments in India and will help the government and solution providers to improve their existing digital payments services.
All responses will be kept strictly confidential and the survey analysis will be done only at a pan-India level. Individual responses will never be published in the report.

Instructions:
• The survey is simple and will take only 2-3 minutes to complete
• Please submit your responses by Sep 10, 2020
• The survey has an automatic save feature. No need to separately ‘save’ your responses in case you plan to take the survey in parts.
We sincerely request your participation in making this survey a great success!
