The new iPhone’s app called Shortcuts allows you to create a script that can be activated by pressing a button or using Siri. For example, you may say “Hey Siri, I’m getting pulled over”.” The shortcut will then pause your music, turn down the brightness, activate Do Not Disturb, and starts recording video via the front-facing camera. You can even send that video to a pre-designated contact.  Link
