Cupenya – innovation in process performance and prediction
Cupenya is an early-stage company providing an operational process intelligence platform that helps organisations measure the performance of business processes using a highly intuitive graphical modeling notation. The company was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Amsterdam, with a US operation in Dallas, TX.
Cupenya Insights is a web-based operational process intelligence platform designed to enable teams to start gathering and acting on process performance insights quickly. Cupenya Insights can present both real-time and historical views of process performance; and with a process instance drill-down view, the system uses advanced analytics to predict the outcomes of a given process instance with respect to all specified KPIs. By analysing historical process data in aggregate, Cupenya Insights can also highlight for analysts the factors that have the biggest impacts on process performance with respect to defined KPIs.
The company currently has several ongoing projects, including with KPMG, Volkswagen, Reed Elsevier and IBM in Europe, as well as Dell in the United States. The technology’s available from both the SAP HANA Marketplace and the IBM Bluemix catalogue.
If you’re looking to find ways to measure your business processes in operation, and particularly if you don’t have your processes under the management of a BPM technology platform that automates or executes those processes end-to-end, then you should explore what Cupenya Insights has to offer.
