Give tips on the do’s and don’ts of facilitating requirements remotely.
Explain how collaboration software can be used to facilitate remote requirements meetings.
Give tips and tricks for sharing documents, using interactive whiteboards and other appropriate technologies.

DESCRIPTION

This will provide Business Analysts and Project Managers with essential techniques and specific guidelines for gathering and defining the right kind of requirements over the Internet. Business Analysts are often challenged with gathering requirements from stakeholders and subject-matter experts across many different locations. We will share some ‘lessons learned’ about facilitating scope definition and eliciting requirements interactively using internet and conferencing tools. This is not a product demonstration, however, you will see how collaboration software can be used to jointly discover, describe and documents requirements and facilitate remote requirements meetings very effectively.
