Business Analysts are often challenged with gathering requirements from stakeholders and subject-matter experts across many different locations. We will share some ‘lessons learned’ about facilitating scope definition and eliciting requirements interactively using internet and conferencing tools. This is not a product demonstration, however, you will see how collaboration software can be used to jointly discover, describe and documents requirements and facilitate remote requirements meetings very effectively.
