I couldn’t agree more, as usual Paul Harmon is spot on. Our current methodology and more importantly our current tools of the trade are way too slow to keep up with today’s fast paced business environment. In my experience when we put together good processes and good systems in a timely fashion our customers are quick to show their appreciation and embrace them. Speed is king!
