CoE DS&AI forms a working group on Innovation
Innovation is no longer a buzzword but a necessity for organizations, big or small. With the changing business landscape, a lot of value goes untapped because of lack of strategic direction.
To address this issue CoE DS&AI has created an industry working group on innovation called the Strategic Innovation Group or SIG. It is an advisory body for the CoE – DS & AI, set up to help the CoE achieve its objective of making India AI positive by creating value for its stakeholders through awareness, ability and adoption of data science & AI solutions.
The SIG focuses on six pillars, which are to;
- Drive AI Adoption by enterprises
- Promote research in AI
- Become the sounding board of AI community
- Create an open data platform
- Develop knowledge assets
- Implement AI for Social Good
The group meets every fortnight to discuss the progress of CoE and next set of ideas to foster innovation and help organizations, DS & AI community and society at large.
