First and foremost the BP Group is a ‘not-for-profit’ business club originally founded in 1992. A place where like minded people can get together and discuss there wins and losses and learn from their peers. The BP Group team is also made up of some of the world’s best and most well respected trainers, consultants, thought leaders, public speakers and Gurus. As a ‘not-for-profit’, the only reason the BP Group exists is to further the evolution and understanding of BPM, Customer Experience and Process Improvement. We are constantly researching into what the highest performing organizations on the planet are and are not doing and all of this gets fed into any engagement that we provide.
