Business Model Analyzer V2 nearing completion.  Sent out Version 1 to colleagues for use and comments past week.  Version 1 evaluates the relative strength of various business model elements.  Version 2 will include evaluation of the surrounding ecosystem and Version 3 will include a Porter 5 Force evaluation of the business model.
