In this session, we will look at the next generation of competency management from the viewpoint of business analysis. You will learn: What skills and competencies make Business Analysis effective? Angela Wick
Angela Wick leads the IIBA BA Competency Model Committee (currently developing the IIBA worldwide BA Competency Model), and is the BA Practice Leader for Genesis10. She has developed BA competency models and BA best practices in multiple organizations. Angela serves as a BA Mentor and Trainer and consults with organizations on: BA practice maturity, BA Skills & Competencies, performs assessments on BA practices and competency, and develops and implements plans for organizations to improve BA effectiveness. Angela is IIBA CBAP certified and PMI PMP certified.
Bob Prentiss
Bob Prentiss is the Process Owner for the Express Scripts Inc. Business Analysis Center of Excellence, Independent Consultant for Watermark Learning, and is the IIBA Chapter President of the Minneapolis/St. Paul Chapter. Bob mentors and coaches BAs, develops and provides formal training on business analysis and leadership skills, creates and promotes BA best practices and BA core competencies. Bob is IIBA CBAP certified.
