The 5 ways BPMN solves process modeling problems.
Areas where tailoring BPMN for your organization makes sense.

DESCRIPTION

This webinar provides business analysis practitioners with an introduction to how to use the Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) for practical business analysis and process modeling. More is not always better… Combining everything from basic process modeling and notation to sophisticated process analysis and simulation techniques can be overwhelming and, most often, doesn’t meet the needs of today’s business organization. This webinar covers key notational elements of BPMN which provides the core value for individuals doing business analysis and process modeling.
