Appian Named ‘Top Workplace’ By The Washington Post

Blog: Appian Insight

We are incredibly proud to say we’ve been named one of The Washington Post’s annual ‘Top Workplaces’ for the third straight year.

The list, which recognizes local companies of all sizes and in all industries, is compiled based solely on employee feedback. For anyone who knows anything about our company, when it comes to a list of this nature, that’s really the only criteria that matters to us. After all, for a company to be able to focus squarely on meeting the needs of their customers and helping them create, solve, explore and conquer incredible things, its employees should not be concerning themselves over their work environment. Here at Appian, we not only meet that requirement, but exceed it in a way that allows our employees to innovate, collaborate, challenge each other and those in positions of authority (in a good way!), and perhaps most importantly, have a great time doing it.

And so, over the course of the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing stories from my colleagues that illustrate why they think Appian is a great place to work. Buckle your seatbelt, because I’m up first! Stay tuned.
