In Flokzu searches have high priority because we know that often your efficiency depends on how fast you find what you need to complete your work. In a quotation process you need to revise similar proposals sent to customers. In a hiring process, before interviewing the candidate you might want to re-read the resume. When placing a purchase order it may be helpful to consult the purchases from previous months. There are many examples like these. By finding the right documents you can speed up your work, avoid making mistakes and coordinate teamwork better.
One way to improve your searches is using search operators. Another way is through Advanced Search.
The Advanced Search is an exclusive feature for users subscribed to the Standard or Premium Plan. There’s no need to be an Administrator or have a special role to access the Advanced Search. Since it’s accessed from the Web App, any user in your organization can use it. You will find it in the upper right corner and when clicking on it, you will see the following screen:The section “Form fields” refers to the content of the fields defined when creating the process. To perform a task users must complete form fields. The searches are performed on what users fill in.
As explained, you must enter at least one search criteria. If you enter more than one, the results displayed will be those documents that match all criteria simultaneously. After performing a search the search criteria applied will be displayed.

If you enter several field conditions, you can select whether conditions should be applied in an exclusive manner (or) or simultaneously (and).
Using tags can be a simple way to group your documents and find them faster. Some useful examples of tags are:
- Priority (Urgent, High, Medium, Low)
- Department (HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing)
- Client (to quickly find all the documentation, as quotations, inquiries, sales, complaints)
- Supplier
- Topic of the document
