Nintex Workplace 2021 Study Shows Remote Work Improves ProductivityNintex recently released the findings from its Nintex Workplace 2021 Study, which revealed that a majority of employees working remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic in the United States have been more productive than they expected. Additionally, many reported a desire for automation in order to further enhance productivity from their home office. The study surveyed 1,000 U.S.-based full-time American workers at organizations with 501-50,000 employees.

In this study, Nintex found that 70 percent of respondents stated that their experiences working from home have been better and more productive than they initially projected, citing more family time, no commute, fewer interruptions, and improved work-life balance. The majority of those surveyed reported that they were more efficient since beginning full-time remote work, and 37 percent want their employers to adopt automation software to enhance productivity even further.
