Pegasystems PRPC User Group (PUG) is an informal network of organizations that use Pegasystems' PegaRules Process Commander. It's a forum for the exchange of ideas to assist members in both product utilization and problem resolution.
PUG Charter
- Establish an informal network of organizations that use Pegasystems PRPC.
- Create a forum for exchange of ideas to assist members in both product utilization and problem resolution.
- Engage both technology and operations resources at member organizations.
- Avoid vendor product sales or demonstrations. User Group is not intended to be a vendor forum. It is for the benefit of its members.
- Explore group as a platform for combined voice with Pegasystems regarding system enhancements and/or issue resolution leverage.
- Discussion is considered confidential to members and their organizations. Company- specific initiatives need not be discussed at the desire of members.
- The group’s contact information should not be shared without the express permission of PUG. Individual member’s information or that of other staff should not be shared without the express permission of the affected parties.
- Participants must belong to an organization that has a signed PRPC contract with Pegasystems in order to be members.
